These are all hour hands, not pairs. They measure 3 1/2" in total length and have a brass insert that protrudes out the back 1/16" and the round hole measures 3/16". Made of matte dark brown painted aluminum and the backs are silver. New/old stock - never used. Great for steampunk art, crafts and etc. These can be painted and trimmed to your needs. **The color is darker than in the pictures.
